Three keys for U.S. in qualifying

The U.S. learned its 10-game schedule for the final round of World Cup qualifying Wednesday night at CONCACAF's gala draw in South Beach, and while it isn't the worst-case scenario for the Yanks -- who avoided playing top-ranked Mexico in their first game on Feb. 6 or in their last one 11 months from now -- it certainly isn't the best.

With three of the Americans' first four games on the road, including trips to Honduras and Mexico City, there are bound to be hurdles on the way to Brazil 2014.

Here are three things the Yanks need to do -- or not do -- to make sure their journey toward the World Cup in 2014 stays as smooth as possible.

Don't lose in Honduras
