What El Tri needs to do to advance

There might be plenty to nitpick regarding El Tri's showing so far in the Olympic Games, but first things first: Heading into Wednesday's final group match against Switzerland, Mexico sits atop a complicated group with the odds to move on to a depleted knockout round squarely in its favor.

So if you're inclined to look on the dim side of uninspiring results against South Korea and Gabon, reconsider. It could be much worse. Ask Spain.
