For the past couple of seasons, the opening of the transfer window has been an anxious time for Mexican fans hoping to see fan favorite Giovani Dos Santos finally land with a club that will give him playing time. Despite several false starts recently, there are indications that Dos Santos' time with Tottenham may truly be coming to an end.

Shortly after Dos Santos starred in Tottenham's 3-0 FA Cup win against Cheltenham (highlights here), Spurs manager Harry Redknapp admitted the attacking midfielder a transfer is likely.

"I think he'll probably move but it's got to be the right offer," Redknapp told Sky Sports. "He's looking to move and we'll see what happens this window."
