Harness racing hits Broadway

NEW YORK -- Some of the denizens of West 45th Street in
Manhattan wondered if the horse had won the Kentucky Derby.
They
knew they were looking at a celebrity because he wasn't hitched to
a hansom cab and there wasn't a cop on his back.
He was, however, harnessed to a sulky.
