Will MJD, Tom Brady sit much of Week 17?

Normally around this time of the NFL season, those owners who spent early fantasy draft picks on Peyton Manning are starting to squirm as talk begins about players who could see limited or no action in Weeks 16 and 17. Luckily for his owners, Manning and his Indianapolis Colts aren't running away with the AFC South this year … but I do wonder if their opponent this week could end up in a similar spot.

Maybe your league decides its fantasy championship in Week 16 -- or sooner, in some cases -- but there are still many leagues in which the owners will be paying very close attention as the new year turns. Week 17 matters for a ton of people, and in the past Manning has been the poster boy for potential finale inactivity. With his Colts at 7-6, though, I doubt that happens this season. However …
