Maybe it's a chicken-or-egg-type question, but here it is: Did Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Carson Palmer become a below-average fantasy option -- yes, he was disappointing in 2009 -- because his skills eroded or due to the team changing its offensive philosophy?
The answer to that question might not seem to matter, but to me it does, because the Bengals have made a few additions to their offense this offseason, and I think they make Palmer more interesting than people realize.
