Brian Westbrook remains owned in more than 83 percent of ESPN standard fantasy football leagues, which is probably more than I figured at this point of the season. I understand the lure of keeping your second-round draft pick around on your bench, in case he can eventually help you win, but would I really use him in Week 16? No, I would not, but from the day-after press conference Monday it sure sounds like Philadelphia Eagles coach Andy Reid will.
- "Just watching him the last couple of weeks at practice, the next step, if all goes well is to get him back in the game and see what he can do there. He'll have limited reps and see how he feels and evaluate it as he goes. When you have great players that helps you win a little bit more. We're not going to get worse with Brian Westbrook coming back. I think it's good for everybody. It's good for him. It's good for the team. He's a good football player."
