In a previous blog entry, I talked about the sleeper potential of the Houston Astros' Felipe Paulino if he were to win a spot in the team's rotation. Essentially, his stuff is more than good enough; it's just about being able to command his fastball, which he left in the middle of the plate way too often last season, allowing 20 homers in only 97 innings.

To read Jason's firsthand accounts on Felipe Paulino and Ross Ohlendorf, among others, you must be an ESPN Insider.
