Thomas, N.J.: For Davy Hite:
Which do you do when there's no current on a river system--stay put and wait for the bite to turn on or run and look for new water?
Davy Hite: (10:10 AM ET ) It's best to stay put and wait for the locks to release water. In this situation you need to wait for manmade current since there's none from another source.
So the only option is to be out on the main river and set up below a lock and wait on a barge to come through.
