Last week I covered a question I got asked at the press conference following Kevin VanDam's win at the Bassmaster Classic. This week I'm going to cover another question from that same time — one I got asked even more often that day.
The question, though put in various ways, can be summed up thus: "Is it good for the sport of bass fishing that Kevin VanDam is winning everything in sight these days — most notably the Toyota Bassmaster Angler of the Year award and the Bassmaster Classic?"
I have to admit, it's a good question. It's a tough one, too, and one I took several moments to consider before I answered.
