Player Rankings: Ovi on the rise
Caps' captain is lighting the lamp, leaping up the standings

Although some wrote him off after a slow start to the season, Alex Ovechkin has returned to his high-scoring ways with a vengeance. Once again shooting (and scoring) at a torrid pace, Ovi jumps onto the Player Rankings leader board at No. 6.
