Predators playoff scouting report
How rival players, scouts, coaches view Nashville's postseason prospects
There's no guarantee that Ryan Suter will be back. Shea Weber is a restricted free agent whose future could be determined this summer. Alexander Radulov may not even be playing on this continent at this time next season. Andrei Kostitsyn, Paul Gaustad, Jordin Tootoo, Hall Gill and Francis Bouillon are all set to become free agents. If a rebuilding team is smart, it will hire Nashville assistant GM Paul Fenton to run the show.
To put it simply, the Nashville Predators' franchise could look dramatically different next season than it does right now. It makes this postseason the most important in franchise history.
The good news? This is the most talent general manager David Poile and his staff have ever accumulated in Nashville. This team is more than capable of winning it all.
