Todd Bertuzzi, RW, Panthers
• Why he's available: No, not for any lingering effects of l'affaire Moore. After scoring seven points in his first seven games, Bertuzzi was sidelined by back surgery on Nov. 2. Now, with the pitiful Panthers out of the playoff picture, he's ready to return. Does coach/GM Jacques Martin want to re-sign him to a multiyear extension? Probably not.
