Monday morning the NHL's Central Scouting Service unveiled its final prospect rankings for the 2011 NHL draft. Their opinions were not exactly the consensus among some of the scouts with whom we frequently confer. Below is a compilation of some of those NHL talent evaluators as they react to the final CSS North American rankings. CSS No.1 Ryan Nugent-Hopkins: "The premium is on skill and he has the most of it. He'll have to put on weight and gain strength -- everyone who saw him at the Canadian World Junior Camp knows that. He'll be in the league next year but hopefully it's a situation where he's in a position to succeed and not expected to carry or turn around a team."
