At 6-foot-3 and 191 pounds, Vancouver Giants defenseman David Musil is hard to miss -- especially when you consider he's just 17 years old.
"[Musil] was one of the younger players in our league last year, and he's a very big kid for his age," says Portland Winterhawks coach Mike Johnston, who has coached against Musil in the WHL and on the international level. "Even when he played at the under 18 as a double underage he was one of the bigger kids in the tournament. He's going to be a big, strong kid. Those kids tend to fill out and get a lot stronger as they mature."
For the full profile of Musil, including video of a few fights featuring both him and his father, you must be an ESPN Insider.
