Six feet: It's the biggest lie in hockey. It's told by a lot of hockey prospects who roll up on the balls of their feet when they talk to you. It's repeated in team programs. It's exposed when the guys from NHL Central Scouting make the rounds with their tape measures and have draft-eligible kids stand with their backs to the wall.
