After watching the Toronto Maple Leafs drop a 4-1 decision to the Florida Panthers in South Florida on Wednesday night, I started thinking about the Boston Bruins.

Why, you ask?

Well, I remembered that the B's own the Leafs' first-round pick again in 2011 as a result of the Phil Kessel trade. I started to think it would be downright amazing if the Bruins ended up with another top-five pick as a result of that trade. Watching the Leafs over the past two nights, that seemed like a real possibility. There's a lot of hockey to be played between now and the end of the regular season, but I think you have to wonder whether the Leafs have enough scoring to get turned in the right direction.

Now, here are some thoughts from the studio audience. It's my Thursday mailbag.
