Editor's Note: Earlier this week Craig Custance looked at potential compliance buyout candidates in both the Eastern and Western Conferences. With negotiations now suggesting that each team could receive a second buyout, we revisit the list of potential candidates. Here's a team-by-team look at how this clause could be used moving forward (salaries per CapGeek.com). Monday we looked at the Western Conference, so here we look at the Eastern Conference:

Eastern Conference

Boston Bruins

2013-14 payroll: 16 signed players totaling $57.4 million
Most likely amnesty cut: none
Likelihood of buyout before next season: low
Other buyout candidates: Rich Peverley

The Bruins may have to move some salary this summer especially considering Tuukka Rask is due a new contract after this season. But GM Peter Chiarelli has kept the contract numbers reasonable and can use his players as assets to trade rather than buyout candidates this summer.
