Griese will need WRs to emerge
The heat is on coach Jon Gruden, with some suggestions that the onetime golden boy has misplaced his Midas touch.

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- Here are five observations on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, based on their July 29 practice:
1.
Since winning the Super Bowl in 2002, the Bucs are 12-20, and those 20 defeats are the most ever for a franchise in its first two season following a championship. So the heat is on coach Jon Gruden, with some suggestions (most of them on Tampa-area talk radio) that the one-time golden boy has misplaced his Midas touch.
On Friday, the team's first day of practice in training camp, Bucs players awakened to find a gigantic photo of Gruden on the front of USA Today's sports section, with the accompanying feature focusing on the coach's allegedly tenuous future with the team.
