2011 NFL Playoffs Predictor
Dallas Cowboys are projected as NFC's No. 4 seed; Jets make it as No. 6 seed
Despite a tremendously exciting Week 16, the playoff bracket didn't change. But there is a ton of drama heading into Week 17.
In the NFC, the Giants and Cowboys play in an elimination game to determine the No. 4 seed, while the 49ers need to win to secure a first-round bye. The Falcons and Lions need to win to avoid playing the Packers in Round 2.
In the AFC, the Broncos can clinch the No. 4 seed with a win, while the Bengals can grab the No. 6 seed if they beat the Ravens. Despite being somewhat undeserving, our projection liked things breaking the way of the Jets; look for them to grab the AFC's final playoff spot.
Below is a projection of who we think will be in this year's playoffs. Be sure to come back once the postseason begins, as we reset the bracket and tell you who has the best chance to bring home the Lombardi Trophy. Please note that all rankings refer to the opponent-adjusted efficiency as calculated by numberFire, not the gross yardage.
