Here are the most overrated and underrated players ranked 70-61 on both offense and defense:

For a moment, let's put aside all the great young quarterbacks and look only at the veterans, guys who have been in the league at least three years. There's a clear top tier of quarterbacks that includes Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Peyton Manning and Aaron Rodgers. But the best player in the next tier may be Romo. Romo has finished in the top 11 of Football Outsiders' passing DVOA ratings every single year that he has been the Dallas starter.
