Tom Coughlin's new HOF case

The Hall of Fame nominations are seen as a day of celebration for the players inducted and a day of disappointment for those who didn't make the cut.

In actuality, this day should be seen as a positive for many players who didn't receive the gold jacket, as the persons who will be entering the hallowed halls of Canton can often assist future candidates either by setting a precedent or making room on the ballot.

With that in mind, let's take a look at each member of the 2013 Hall of Fame class to see which players each inductee's inclusion should assist in future votes.
