Russell Wilson's terrific season
Seattle Seahawks QB has been most impressive of all rookie signal callers
Three rookie quarterbacks have far exceeded normal expectations this NFL season, as Andrew Luck, Robert Griffin III and Russell Wilson are all in the top 10 in QBR and have their teams in playoff contention. While all three have excelled with different playing styles, Wilson has been perhaps the most impressive of the three. While Luck and RG III were drafted No. 1 and No. 2 overall and handed starting jobs (that they clearly deserved), Wilson was the 75th pick in the draft and faced an uphill battle to garner any playing time this season.
Not only did he win the starting job, but he's improved dramatically over the course of the season and has the Seahawks in position to make the playoffs.
