Rookie Watch: Foles in focus

Transition could be tough, but QB has the tools to be successful

After a Michael Vick concussion, Nick Foles could be the Eagles' starting quarterback the rest of the way.

Even if he isn't, Vick is unlikely to be back in Philadelphia unless something is changed with his contract situation, so Foles -- at a minimum -- should be in a preseason quarterback competition for the 2013 season.
