49ers are No. 1 in Bettors' Poll
Power ratings for all 32 NFL teams from handicappers going into Week 9
LAS VEGAS -- In the topsy-turvy NFL, the San Francisco 49ers are the new No. 1 team in the Vegas NFL Bettors' Poll.
Last week, the poll (comprised of handicappers Teddy "Covers" Sevransky of sportsmemo.com, Sal Selvaggio of madduxsports.com and yours truly, Dave Tuley) had the Houston Texans and New York Giants tied for the top spot in our combined power ratings, but the 49ers' convincing 24-3 road win at Arizona on Monday night was enough to leapfrog the idle Texans and a Giants team that looked great at times in its 29-24 win over the Dallas Cowboys but almost let the Cowboys off the hook.
To see the Vegas handicappers' power ratings of all 32 NFL teams, plus where the value is in the early lines this week, become an ESPN Insider today.
