Every NFL team enters free agency with high hopes to improve its roster and brighten the outlook for the 2012 season. But, by the end of free agency there are always some clear winners and losers. With most of the top free agents now signed, it seems like a good time to look back at five teams that have been hurt the most in free agency so far.
