Jackson deal a winner for Tampa
Vincent Jackson adds the vertical threat the Bucs desperately needed
During the 2011 NFL season, only seven teams scored 400 or more points -- and three of those teams (New Orleans, Carolina and Atlanta) reside in the NFC South.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were the only team in that division not to reach that mark. In fact, the Bucs were one of only seven NFL teams to fall short of the 300-point mark.
When a club has that type of disparity with its division rivals, it signals that some huge offensive upgrades are needed. And that's just what Tampa Bay has done by signing big-time free-agent wide receiver Vincent Jackson.
