Jay Cutler-Philip Rivers has been season's best; Week 14 holds several great matchups

Of all the injuries piling up among NFL quarterbacks, the most frustrating -- apart from Peyton Manning's, which is sui generis -- has got to be Jay Cutler's broken right thumb, which will probably sideline the Bears' QB for six to eight weeks.
