Top 5: Seniors by position
Ranking top five senior NFL prospects, by position, for the 2011 season
We're at the midway point of the college football season, so it's a good time for updates, not merely on the top players overall for the 2012 NFL draft, but the top players across all position groups.
This list consists of the top seniors eligible for the 2012 NFL draft. This is a key list, because all of these players will finish their eligibility at the college level this year, so the next step will be the NFL in most cases. This class is of course somewhat diminished, because it lost a number of players to the 2011 NFL draft, but there is still a ton of talent here, and a number of players who will be gone before the end of the first round in the 2012 NFL draft.
For prospects together, here is the most recent 2012 NFL draft Big Board.
For the full list of the top seniors at every position, you need to be an ESPN Insider.
