Rookies ready for Top 200

Now that we've gotten a look at the Scouts Inc. Top 200, the natural question is: Who's next? Although there are some obvious choices based on pure talent, this also involves production. For instance, Cam Newton might have the talent that will ultimately make him an elite NFL player, but is he in the picture right now? Of course not. But some players will enter the picture quickly.
