What NFL QBs need the most

I've spoken previously about how quarterback is a dependent position. For all the attention NFL QBs receive, their performance can be drastically impacted by the play of those around them. Dropped passes and poor separation from receivers, poor blocking from the offensive line, an ineffective running game -- all of that contributes directly to the ultimate results of a quarterback. Even a defensive unit will dictate circumstances to its quarterback; if the defense has given up a slew of points, 3 yards and a cloud of dust isn't going to cut it for the offense.

As I look around the league heading into Week 15, I see some very talented, established quarterbacks who could use some help from those around them. Well, 'tis the season for giving, so Santa Jaws is going to suggest the best present each of these quarterbacks could wish for this offseason. And we'll start in New York, where the Giants could certainly benefit from a big shopping spree.
