After watching film of both teams, Scouts Inc. breaks down key elements of the Week 8 Giants-Cowboys matchup.
• Continue to work for balance offensively: The Giants need to use a good mixture of run and pass (especially on early downs). I'm sure they feel very fortunate to have come away with a win over the Redskins in Week 7 despite gaining only 64 yards on the ground. The Giants' three backs -- Ahmad Bradshaw, Andre Brown and David Wilson -- average more than 5 yards per carry collectively. Look for offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride to get back to a more balanced attack rushing the football between the tackles as well as on the perimeter with sweeps and designed bounce runs.
