Force Seattle to throw the ball: New England head coach Bill Belichick is one of the best at taking away what an opponent does best. Look for the Patriots to crowd the box with extra defenders and do everything possible to limit the ground game of Marshawn Lynch and the Seahawks. No team throws the ball less than the Seahawks, and only the Jacksonville Jaguars get fewer yards per passing attempt. If the Patriots can get Seattle into a lot of second- and third-and-long situations, they will have opportunities to come with a lot of disguised coverages and complicated zone schemes.
