After watching film of both teams, Scouts Inc. breaks down key elements of the Week 5 Titans-Vikings matchup.
• Vikings continue to pound the rock: Their offense is built around a physical ground attack. They have two powerful ball carriers in Adrian Peterson and Toby Gerhart. The Titans have been inconsistent defending the run, yielding 137 rushing yards a game. The Minnesota offensive line matches up well against a banged-up Titans front seven. Look for offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave to develop a game plan with Peterson getting his touches between the tackles while stretching the perimeter with Percy Harvin on Jet sweeps or reverses.
