After breaking down film of both teams, Scouts Inc. offers 10 things to watch in this week's Bears-Eagles matchup.


1. Pass protection is a must for Chicago: The Bears have done a much better job in the last couple of weeks of protecting QB Jay Cutler and that makes this offense dramatically better. We see more two-tight-end sets in which they stay in and chip block before they release on the edges and they use their backs in the same way. Also, they can utilize more three- and five-step drops to get the ball out quickly for Cutler. The coaches may even roll him out at times to avoid him being a sitting duck in the pocket. The Eagles don't send a lot of extra rushers and blitz, but they do like to play games with their defensive line with twists and stunts.
