After breaking down film of both teams, Scouts Inc. offers 10 things to watch in this week's Panthers-Seahawks matchup.


1. The Panthers need something on the ground: The Panthers are the worst team in the NFL when it comes to throwing the ball and have the lowest numbers in virtually every passing category. They need to run the ball effectively, especially on first and second downs, if they want to take the pressure of an anemic passing attack. Getting RB Jonathan Stewart back definitely makes their ground game more of a threat as his 8.2 yards per carry in Sunday's game against the Browns showed.
