After breaking down film of both teams, Scouts Inc. offers 10 things to watch in this week's 49ers-Packers matchup.
1. Extend the pocket: Since taking over the quarterbacking duties, Troy Smith has given the offense a jump-start. He is a very athletic quarterback who can extend the pocket and make plays on the perimeter. He keeps plays alive and the receivers seem to sense that they need to finish or extend their routes, as he does a good job of keeping his eyes downfield after being flushed out of the pocket
