After breaking down film of both teams, Scouts Inc. offers 10 things to watch in this week's Colts-Dolphins matchup.
1. Indianapolis needs to find its run game: This was supposed to be the year that the Colts were going to become more physical and effective in the run game, but it didn't happen in Week 1. With only 71 yards on the ground against an average Jacksonville run defense, the Colts averaged 2.3 yards per rush and got pushed around all day. Miami is playing good run defense, but the Colts need to keep establishing the run, especially with WR Anthony Gonzalez sidelined by injury. Peyton Manning needs an effective play-action package, but the Colts must first run the ball to make that happen.
