After breaking down film of both teams, Scouts Inc. offers 10 things to watch in this week's Chargers-Raiders matchup:
1. Oakland must shorten the game: The Raiders have to do everything possible to keep the Chargers' offense on the sideline for as long as possible. The Raiders must play with a slow tempo and eat clock when they have the football. That will mean a steady diet of running plays, which is surely the stronger of the two aspects of Oakland's offense.
