After Peyton Manning blamed the board for a false start penalty in their last home game against the Chargers, Broncos' president Joe Ellis and vice president Mac Freeman both talked to the board operator about appropriate guidelines, team officials told ESPN.

Fans in Detroit scooped up the free tickets the team was offering for tomorrow's Jets-Bills game in 10 minutes, and some scalpers were asking as much as $125 for the tickets on the resale market.

The Falcons enter today's game against the Browns having given up 281.2 pass yards per game and 8.2 yards per attempt, both the worst in the league. Cleveland is averaging 7.8 yards per attempt, seventh in the league and 244 pass yards per game, 14th in the league.

New England back as a contender

Remember when New England got thumped by Kansas City in Week 4 and everyone talked about the downfall of Tom Brady? Yeah, everyone has forgotten about that, including Vegas.

How much can Gordon help?

With Josh Gordon returning to the Browns today, he should help a wide receiver corps that is only catching 55.7 percent of passes targeted for them this season -- the second-lowest percentage in the league.

Minnesota is 10-2 against the spread in its last 12 games as a home underdog, which is why ESPN's Chad Millman says the sharps are going against Green Bay, dropping the line from -10 to -8 heading into today.

Browns WR Josh Gordon returns from his 10-game suspension today, but don't expect a heavy workload. A source tells ESPN's Adam Schefter that Gordon will line up for 20-30 plays.
