Warner looking to revitalize career

The Cardinals' drive for a division title -- something that has eluded the team since 1988 -- will hinge on Dennis Green's offense.

It's Year 2 of the Dennis Green era, and that, if for no other reason, is reason for optimism around the Cardinals.

Green's attempt to put his stamp on the team has been felt often; there has been massive turnover on the roster since he arrived in January 2004. But Green, whose forte always has been personnel, has brought in talent. The defense has been transformed into a fast, playmaking bunch and should be the strength not only of the team, but also the best unit in the weak NFC West.
