Bill Parcells loved to pick on players, and not merely his own. He believed in finding a weak spot in the opponent's defense, and going after it, again and again, until the other team proved it could stop the bleeding. The strategy isn't always pretty, but it works, and it stands the whole idea of balance on its head.

That's what the Steelers did last night. They kept attacking rookie cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie until his hyphen hurt. And they did it with Super Bowl MVP wideout Santonio Holmes.
