Contrarian Thoughts: Reggie Bush
There's plenty of steak to match the New Orleans RB's on-field sizzle
To many, the pairing of New Orleans Saints RB Reggie Bush and Kim Kardashian is a perfect example of off-field art imitating on-field life. His running style and her television series can both be described as flashy, entertaining shows with proverbial train wrecks just around the corner.
The entertainment critic in me might have been inclined to agree with that assessment, but the central theme in Contrarian Thoughts is to take on conventional wisdom and see if it stands up to the rigors of game tape reviews. In this case, after reviewing Bush's 2009 campaign, I am convinced that his ball-carrying habits may not have as much in common with "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" as is generally thought. In fact, there is plenty of substance beneath the flash.
