Scouts Buzz: Cowboys lack leaders

After watching the Week 9 matchups, Scouts Inc. shares these key observations:
1. The Carolina Panthers are the worst team in the league. The offensive line isn't anywhere close to where it has been in recent seasons. Even with a healthy
DeAngelo Williams and/or Jonathan Stewart, the running game isn't good enough. The passing game flat out stinks. In their 31-point loss to the New Orleans Saints, the Panthers used three quarterbacks -- and Jimmy Clausen and Tony Pike are rookies. The defense is riddled with injuries. There is something to work with there, but overall the Panthers are slightly deficient on each layer of defense. But any way it's cut, you can't win when you throw for 68 yards.
