FBO spotlights Week 2's best and worst, with an eye on Eli Manning's passer rating

On Sunday, Eli Manning put up a quarterback rating of 85.6. That suggests he was the 14th-best quarterback in the league in Week 2.

Go ahead, wipe the spit off your monitor.
