Projected order of finish
1. Seattle Seahawks (10-6)
The 2008 Seahawks had more offensive injuries than any team in a decade, but the talent that led Seattle to five straight postseasons through 2007 is still here, starting with Matt Hasselbeck. And now that talent is bolstered by versatile rookie linebacker Aaron Curry from Wake Forest.
2. St. Louis Rams (8-8)
Surprise! Teams that draft an offensive lineman early -- as the Rams did, by taking Jason Smith at No. 2 overall -- tend to improve immediately. St. Louis has also assembled a talented front seven, and its awful 2008 red zone play (10 TDs in 29 trips) can't help but improve.
