About 20 players a year step straight out of the NFL draft and into the starting lineup of their new teams. Obviously, players taken in the first round are more likely to become immediate starters, but guys like Chris Horton (seventh round) and Antoine Bethea (sixth round) slip through the cracks each year and end up playing valuable roles for their new teams earlier than anyone expected. Who's set to do that this year? Well, after some careful consulting of history and the advanced statistics, we've got 10 nominees for players whom we expect to become full-time starters as rookies.
