With 33 days until the draft, Football Outsiders is taking a tour of the NFL to identify the biggest holes each team has left on its roster and the best possible way to plug those holes. The Cardinals are going to cut Edgerrin James, J.J. Arrington signed with the Broncos and last year rookie Tim Hightower posted the second-worst DYAR and DVOA (-79 and -20.6 percent) of any running back in the league with more than 100 carries -- only the Bengals' Chris Perry was worse.
