Five things each AFC North team needs

It was a division loaded with surprises (Cleveland), disappointments (Baltimore and Cincinnati) and, of course, the steady Steelers. So what's next for the rugged AFC North? Scouts Inc. runs down five glaring needs per team -- because it's never too early to worry about next season.

Baltimore Ravens

Quarterback: As usual, Baltimore has issues at quarterback, but the situation is as dire this offseason as at any point in recent memory. Steve McNair's illustrious career appears to be over, and that leaves Kyle Boller and Troy Smith to lead the offense. On a veteran team such as this, the Ravens ideally could add an established QB, but finding one in the present market is going to be a very difficult chore. In the draft, Boston College's Matt Ryan surely will be gone by the time Baltimore makes its first selection. Waiting until Round 2 to select a quarterback could end up being the smart move. However, that isn't the instant fix the Ravens need. The new coaching staff probably will want to bring in its guy to lead the offense.
