The Percy Harvin factor for Minnesota

The rookie's versatility can really open up the Vikings' offense and make it unpredictable. In the preseason, he lined up in the slot, out wide and went in motion. He ran reverses out of that motion and took direct shotgun snaps in the Wildcat formation. In the Wildcat, he is a threat to give the ball to Adrian Peterson in motion, or to keep the ball and attack the perimeter himself. Harvin is a gifted athlete and the coaches need to be creative with his touches.
